Potato Wedges

                           Potato Wedges


     This is a delicious and crunchy snack which can be an excellent             savoury dish. They are topped with some spices and are baked so eat guilt-free !!!




             Ingredients


1. Oil/ Melted butter                          3-4 tablespoons  

2.Red chili powder                             4 teaspoon

3.Potatoes                                           3 large potatoes

4.Coriander/cilantro powder             2 teaspoon

5.Herbs                                              2 teaspoon

6.Chili flakes                                     2 teaspoon

7. Garlic                                             3 cloves

8.Lemon                                            3 tablespoon

9. Coriander/cilantro or Mint            10 leaves


                          Procedure


1.Wash and cut the potatoes into half and then into three parts. For an nice flavor don't peel the skin of the potatoes. Do not boil potatoes!

2.Then put all the potatoes in a bowl full of ice water and let them drain their starch out for 30 minutes. 

3.Then drain the potatoes with a paper towel.

4.After that add chili flakes,Herbs,Cilantro/Coriander powder,chopped garlic,  Oil/ Melted butter 2 teaspoon chili powder and 3-4 leaves Coriander/cilantro or Mint. 

5.Then bake it at 220 degrees Celsius and now your delicious potato wedges are ready !!!
