Granola
Who does not like Granola? Granola is a crunchy snack that you can have with some milk or by itself. This is one of the best and easiest breakfast to make. Granola was invented in 1863. So lets make Granola!!!
INGREDIENTS
Oats | 1 cup |
Honey/Maple syrup | 3 Tablespoons |
Chopped Almonds | Optional |
Cinnamon | 3 to 4 Dashes |
Jaggery (optional) | 1 to 2 tablespoon |
Coconut Oil | 4 to 5 tablespoon |
You can use either Maple Syrup or Jaggery as you like.
Procedure
- Add all the coconut oil and let it heat a little.
- Then add the oats , almonds , Honey/Maple syrup and Jaggery . Add the cinnamon later as it might burn.
- Toast the oats until they are golden brown.
- Remove it in a plate and let it cool for 10-15 minutes so that your Granola will become crunchy.
- So now you have your own homemade Granola!!! Haw it with some milk or have it plain!
