Yummy strawberry custard ice sorbet
Sorbet can be traced as far back as 3000 B.C. It is believed that Asian cultures discovered the roots of sorbet in the form of crushed ice and flavoring. Five-hundred years later in Egypt , this same practice was emulated when Pharaohs offered visitors a cup of ice mixed with fruit juices.

INGREDIENTS
1. Strawberry
2. Honey
PROCEDURE
Cut the top of the strawberries and freeze the strawberries for 5-6 hours .
Then, put them all in a blender and add honey to give a smooth texture .
Pour all of the thick liquid (also called as puree ) in a mould
Freeze it for about 3-4 hours .
To make a custard to go with the sorbet you will need some:
1. Custard powder 2 teaspoon
2. Milk 2 cups
3. Confectionery Sugar 5-6 tablespoon
PROCEDURE(for making custard)
Step 1-Boil 1\4 cup milk in a pan at the low flame .
Step 2-Take more milk, not boiled and add 2 tablespoons custard powder and the sugar powder .
Step 3-Mix the custard powder and the sugar well with the milk and pour them into the boiled milk.
Step 4-Keep on mixing until thick. Then keep to cool for 15 minutes.
Now you can enjoy the sorbet with the custard !!!
