Spicy balls
These bite size snack balls are full of flavors and taste.It is a striking evening and party snack.It is a savoury dish and can be served with some ketchup on the side.This is an easy appetizer which can be made with household pantry items. So lets get started!

PROCEDURE
1) First of all we will mash the
potatoes and the cottage cheese .
2) Then, we will add the powdered
spices. After that we will bind them together. Now we will prepare the spicy chutney.
3) To make the chutney , we will chop the coriander\cilantro ,mint
,garlic ,wet coconut and put them in the blender. Don’t make the chuntey to
liquidy or else it is going to flow out of the shell.
4) Make it coarse. Then
flatten the cottage cheese and the potatoes mixture in a circle shape and put
some chutney in the middle of the potatoes and cottage cheese flattened thing.
Then , take all the sides up and make it into a ball.
5) To make a very important element
we need corn flour and water. You need to mix them well.
6) Then take half a bowl
of Rava\bread crumbs. Also, heat some oil to fry the balls. Then, roll
the balls into the corn flour –water and the rava\bread crumbs.
7) After that into
the sizzling oil. When they are golden brown remove them. So now the delicious balls are ready!!! Wait for some time before eating them because they are
hot!!!
