Croissants

                           Croissants





    These are french bread which are simply delicious
    and crunchy


    Ingredients

1.All-purpose flour        2 cups
2.Milk                            4 tablespoons
3.Water                           3\4 cup  (or as required)              
4.Butter                           2 sticks 
5.Cheese (Optional)        1 cube      
7.Cinnamon                     4 tbsp                    
8.Sugar                             4 tbsp   
9.Dry yeast                       3 tsp
10.Salt                               2 tsp



  Procedure


  1. Take All-purpose flour,Water,Milk,Butter and salt together to make a dough. leave 2 tablespoon milk aside and 1 stick butter aside. 

2. Keep 2 tablespoon water aside and add yeast to the left over water
and keep aside for 20 mins.  

3.Then make the dough and add yeast to it. Make sure that you don't add yeast directly on top of salt because salt will kill it on direct contact.

4.After that rest the dough for 1-4 hours.

5.Then roll into a square after set

6.After that cut into half (triangularly) and make a small slit on 45 degrees angle on each half .   

7. Roll the slits one after another and continue rolling. You can add cheese in the slits.

8.Then brush some milk on top of the croissants and preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Then put the croissants inside the oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius.After that let the croissants cool.

9.After that dust the croissants with sugar and cinnamon. 

10. Then your home-made croissants are ready!!!
